FOR A TOWN OF ROCHESTER THAT THRIVES
I'm Christian Wulf, and I'm running for Town Board because the choices our town makes over the next few years will shape it for decades.

COMMITTED TO OUR COMMUNITY
My home is in the foothills of the Catskills Mountains in Kerhonkson
I've canvassed for local and national candidates and regularly attend Town Board meetings
I’ve worked in financial services for 30+ years across corporate finance, audit and technology
I’m skilled at developing multi-year financial plans, and managing capital projects
I want to help improve our community for residents who've been here for generations and those just putting down roots
I understand your concerns about over-development, taxes and feeling unheard
I see value in preserving what makes our town special and making room for progress
POLICY PRIORITIES
WHAT I’LL WORK FOR
Four commitments rooted in what I've heard on porches across the Town of Rochester — and what my career has prepared me to deliver.
A Ten-Year Financial Plan
Thirty years managing financial oversight, audits, and multi-year planning have taught me that towns do best when they plan years ahead instead of year to year. I'll bring that discipline to helping the Town of Rochester build a long-term financial plan.
Responsible, Transparent Development
Local government needs to be responsive. I want to help the Town of Rochester communicate more clearly and run more efficiently, so residents can see their concerns put into action.
A Capital Improvement Program
Maintenance for town buildings and infrastructure needs planned funding and not last-minute fixes. I want to help establish a capital improvement program that keeps the town's physical assets in good shape without surprise costs.
Efficient, Effective, and Transparent Government
Local government should feel responsive, not distant. I want to help the Town of Rochester communicate more clearly with residents and run more efficiently, so people feel like their concerns actually go somewhere.
CAMPAIGNS RUN ON PEOPLE, NOT JUST MONEY.
GET INVOLVED
Whether you have an hour to knock on doors or want to help fund this campaign, there's a way to be part of it.
VOLUNTEER
Some of the most important conversations I've had over the years happened on a porch, not at a podium. If you'd like to join a canvass, meet neighbors, and help spread the word about this campaign and others on the local and national ticket this fall, the Town of Rochester Democratic Committee coordinates canvassing and can get you connected.

Every contribution, whatever the size, helps cover the basics of running a serious local campaign: printed materials, events, and outreach to reach as many voters as possible before November.
CHIP IN
Contributions support my campaign for Town of Rochester Town Board through the Town of Rochester Democratic Committee.
